Most newly-added business starts out as a 3-star (3 means “good business”). Businesses that consistently please their customers see their scores go up to 4-star (“great business”), and businesses that are consistently awesome can attain a 5-star rating (5 means “best on Guam”).

You don’t have to do anything ‘out-of-the-ordinary’ to raise your Star-rating. Just focus on consistently pleasing your customers, and offering superior products/services at fair prices.

We determine a business’s Star-Rating by:
1. Anonymous visits by HotGuam.com volunteers (Meet the Volunteers!)
2. QuikReviews™ (Customers leave a short review on your HotGuam page)
3. HotReviews™ (Customers leave anonymous reviews on your HotGuam page)

We use this 3-point review system to ensure that no bias enters into the system, and that your business is fairly ranked. Whereas malicious individuals may be able to abuse the QuikReview™ & HotReview™ system, it is unlikely that they will be able to infiltrate the HotGuam Volunteer review system. HotGuam Volunteer reviews take precedence over Quikreviews & HotReviews.
